KARI
[HEAVY SECURITY MECH MKIV]

    1. The Jotun class of heavy mech are all based on the same chassis, which are then customized into separate models for use in various situations by authorised militaries. Though each model has the same basic structure, their armament and exterior designs are different for each.

      1. Exterior: Chobham Armor
        Target Tracking: Excellent
Armaments: COIL Chain Gun; FIM-92 Missiles

        1. Kari Heavy Mechs are built with reactive armour and are equipped with the experimental COIL chain gun system. This merges the old idea of a rotating multi barrel weapon with modern weapon designs, reducing the need for thermal clips. They are also equipped with the IRST (Infrared Scan & Track) system which tracks incoming projectiles, calculating distance, speed, and location of fuel tank for targeting and elimination. These mechs are armed with the FIM-92 Missiles. The dual shoulder-mounted Surface-to-air missile pods each contain 12 separate missiles arranged 6 by 6, for a total of 12 missiles mounted. These can be fired independently or concurrently up to 3 at a time, only six per pod (due to heat). These missiles are controlled by the IRST system to target hostiles and guide missiles. An additional 32 missiles are stored in the torso of the drone. The mech also has heavy salt water and corrosive environment protection and seals for extended operation in hostile environments.
